    ๐ŸŒ— Planning, developing, and producing in-house video content and working with external professionals.

    ๐ŸŒ˜ Manage meeting and project logistics, including planning, stakeholder engagement, coordination, implementation.

    ๐ŸŒ‘ Coordinate and monitor the businesses online presence.

  • ๐ŸŒ’ I was the project lead for The Lodge Documentary, this project was to preserve the history of a residential group home โ€˜The Lodgeโ€™ pre-company merger with genU and before the site is redeveloped. I did the archival history to support the project, coordination of talent, and editing of the documentary. This video had a very fast turnaround of 2 months and was completed to deadline. It was shown at a special general meeting for members and a red-carpet launch at The Lodge for participants and staff. It was well received with tears, laughter, and acknowledgement from GenU CEO and Li-Ve Tasmania CEO of its importance.

    ๐ŸŒ“ I replaced the design work that was normally outsourced to a graphic designer, by creating and preparing for print the seasonal printed newsletter. I also coordinated the photographers and shoots including in the newsletter.

A nationally syndicated radio show and podcast that promotes diversity in STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths and Medicine) which provides a career start platform for young scientists interested in science communication.

  • ๐ŸŒ• Managing a volunteer social media team made up of five amazing early career scientists and co-managing the entire business with two other directors.  

    ๐ŸŒ– Working with the Manager of Grants and Funding through the process of turning TWICS into a not-for-profit to futureproof and make TWICS sustainable. This includes establishing business plans, marketing strategies, determining legal structures and working with external stakeholders.

    ๐ŸŒ— Presenting on radio as a co-host, preparing material for broadcast and social media.

    ๐ŸŒ˜ Engaging with the local community, sniffing out good stories and supporting expert guests.

  • ๐ŸŒ‘ TWICS won CBAAโ€™s coveted Award โ€˜Best New Radio Showโ€™ nation-wide in 2019, this was judged against hundreds of community broadcasters across Australia, and a panel of almost 120 judges.

    ๐ŸŒ’ Since taking over in July 2022, we have grown a team of 5 members, to a sustainable team of 14 active volunteers. We recruited 10 new volunteers.

St Michaelโ€™s Collegiate School is a prestigious Anglican girls' school, colloquially known as Collegiate.

  • ๐ŸŒ• Responsible for the design, maintenance and publishing aspects of the schools website, social media, Learning Management Systems and documentation.

    ๐ŸŒ– Digital content creation including videography, photography, colour grading, editing, writing articles and news.

    ๐ŸŒ— Publishing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Suite and TV broadcasting and advertising budgeting.

    ๐ŸŒ˜ Campaign analysis and data interpretation across different analytics systems.

    ๐ŸŒ‘ Providing instruction and tuition to all levels of the schoolโ€™s community to develop digital design and new technology skills to meet the Australian Curriculum framework.

    ๐ŸŒ’ Organisation of extra-curricular design and technology related workshops.

  • ๐ŸŒ• I worked with a design studio, The20, to do a complete overhaul of the Collegiate website. I made the design concepts which they created, I did all of the website content-loading, worked with a copy-writer to re-write and create all new content for the website, took the majority of the photos used on the website, made the illustrations used on the website and wrote and photographed special articles.

    ๐ŸŒ– I helped to manage Collegiateโ€™s Innovative Futures Lab, this included learning new programs like 3D modelling, AI programs, game development platforms, Virtual Reality and Laser Cutting which I taught afterschool with a teacher, and on my own as extracurricular workshops. I also worked with external people like Tech Girls Movement and Young Change Agents in this space.    

    ๐ŸŒ— I created a suite of advertisements with Matt Scott from MTS Films which I edited, colour graded, prepared and sent for TV Broadcast. I pushed these out through our social media platforms.

    ๐ŸŒ˜ I replaced an external media company and managed all Collegiateโ€™s external advertising.

    ๐ŸŒ‘ I created the Chair4Chair campaign including making the video and website, which fundraised nearly $28,000 for new school chairs.

    ๐ŸŒ’ I did a complete overhaul and redesign of Collegiateโ€™s LMS myCollegiate.
